15 Philly Restaurants, Markets Temporarily Close After Health Inspections: Report
See what places were in violation of the city's health codes recently.

Numerous Philadelphia restaurants, markets, cafes, and other food purveyors were ordered to close temporarily after the city's Department of Public Health conducted inspections at various businesses in March.
According to the most recently "Clean plates" report from Philly.com, 15 food-sellers were hit with temporary closures due to "unacceptable" conditions or "imminent health hazards" and were forced to close between March 14 and March 31
The publication offered a list of businesses that were closed and facing court dates.

- Circles Restaurant, 812 N. 2nd St. – 28 violations;
- Ryan Meat Market, 4668 Frankford Ave. – 18 violations;
- Nine Ting, 928 Race St. – one violation;
- Do Nam/Nam Do/Fruit Salad 003205, 3400 Spruce St. – six violations;
- Charlie's Little Spot, 1945 Stenton Ave., 19 violations;
- Al Salam Pizza, 5101 Germantown Ave., 26 violations;
- Rosario Grocery, 729 Ritner St. – 25 violations;
- Jim's Meat Market. 2329 E. Clearfield St. – eight violations;
- York Mini Market, 425 W. York St. – 16 violations;
- Takka Grill and Pizza on Chelten, 324 W. Chelten Ave. – 20 violations;
- Wong Wong Restaurant 941 Race St. – 23 violations;
- Grace Garden Chinese Restaurant, 5025 Germantown Ave. – 21 violations;
- Pagoda Noodle Cafe, 125 Sansom Walk – 17 violations;
- 40 Stop Mini Market – 20 violations;
- Jane G's Restaurant, 1930 Chestnut St.
Philly.com reports most of the violations were corrected on site and that the violations should not be used as an overall gauge of the facilities, as they are a "snapshot in time."
