Residents looking for a permit must bring their driver's license and vehicle registration. Residents are defined as having a driver's license which matches their current township address.

As for non-residents and students, they have to bring a printed copy (digital copies will not be accepted) of their current lease – which is for township records – as well as their driver's license and vehicle registration. Non-residents and students must provide a paper copy to us and it must be signed by both the lessee and the landlord/property owner.
