Below are eight shocking details explained in the criminal complaint:
- Lomax is accused of hiding two cameras in the bedroom of his partner's son, both facing the bed with intent to film the victim and his girlfriend having sex.
- Lomax himself was caught on his own cameras while setting them up, one hidden by a baseball glove and the other by a video game console, and also caught on video collecting the camera after the son and girlfriend had sex.
- The partner's son and his girlfriend discovered one of the cameras after they engaged in sexual activity.
- Authorities said there are seven other victims, three of whom were underage at the time of their filming, and some were recorded while engaging in sexual activities numerous times. The partner's son was in nearly every video found on seized camera cards.
- Lomax labeled videos captured by the cameras with the victims names, and one video was named "Handjob2.avi" and depicted what the title described.
- Lomax allegedly set up cameras while the victims slept and also while they were awake and in the bedroom.
- Authorities said the videos go back several years, as far as 2015.
- Lomax admitted to setting up the cameras but said it was to learn why the son was leaving firearms on the ground, but stopped talking with authorities when asked by the camera faced the bed.
Lomax was arrested and arraigned Monday and remanded to the George Hill Correctional Facility after failing to post $150,000 bail.
