Margera, who grew up in West Chester and has a house in Chester County, was taken into custody and remained at the Radnor police station for several hours before being released, Radnor Police told Patch.
Radnor Police Lt. Chris Four said Margera was "very polite" with police and said the incident had no violence.
While the Radnor case is over, Margera is still awaiting trial in an assault case out of Chester County.
Court records show he is scheduled for a trial on March 25 for charges of simple assault, harassment, and terroristic threats related to an April 23, 2023 incident at his Pocopson Township home.
He is accused of assaulting his brother Jesse Margera
A judge subsequently ordered him to report to Recovery Centers of America in Devon, and to cooperate with random drug and alcohol screenings.
In October 2023, van Der Veen said during a preliminary hearing Margera was working hard on his sobriety and that the charges should be dismissed, saying the incident was between brothers and not a criminal incident.
“His behavior was frightening and unpredictable,” Jesse Margera testified. “He was screaming. You were not sure if he was going to tell you a funny story or stab you with a whiskey bottle.”
Jesse Margera said his brother hit him eight to 10 times, rupturing his ear.
