Billyo O'Donnell, renowned plein air painter, will demonstrate basic techniques and advanced methods in oil painting on location. The focus will be on simplifying forms and developing a solid direction in color, harmony and value. Each student will receive individual instruction and constructive critiques. Artists of all levels welcome. O'Donnell is the juror of Wayne Art Center's 2011 Plein Air Festival.
