"This year’s featured artist is Philadelphia area resident Liz Finley," an art show press release said. "Finley is known for her rich, colorful seascapes and landscapes of Philadelphia and its surroundings, and for interesting takes on the still life. A strong sense of composition and subject knowledge combines with a lively, creative color scheme to produce vibrant images that are realistic with a lean towards impressionistic."
