I-476 North, South Lanes Closing In Radnor Next Week

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Lanes on both directions of Interstate 476 in the Radnor area will be closed overnight two days next week, PennDOT said.

Motorists will encounter a single lane closure in both directions on Interstate 476 between the Interstate 95 and Interstate 76 interchanges in Radnor Wednesday, March 13, and Thursday, March 14.

The lanes will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning for Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) installation.

The work will also affect Haverford, Marple, Lower Merion, Nether Providence, and Ridley townships, PennDOT said.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling on Interstate 476 through the work area because slowdowns will occur.
