Kids Invited to Exhibit Art Work

is calling for entries for this year’s “Young at Art”, the sixth annual exhibition celebrating the talents of our local young artists.

Artists aged 2 to 17 are invited to submit one piece of original artwork created in the last two years. Drawings, paintings and other works on paper, as well as ceramics, crafts and jewelry will be accepted. Submitted works must be framed and wired for hanging, or stable and display ready in order to be accepted.

Entries must be hand-delivered only on Tuesday, February 28 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The exhibition will be hung in the Doris D. Vidinghoff Lobby Gallery from Saturday, March 3 through Saturday, March 24.  An opening reception has been scheduled for Saturday, March 3 from 2 to 4 p.m.
