Learn to 'Paint Like the Masters' this Fall at the Wayne Art Center!

Young artists ages 8 & up are invited to join us on Saturdays this fall for one or all of our exciting Paint Like the Masters workshop series! Drawing, and painting at an easel in a variety of styles, children will create unique masterpieces based on the works of famous artists.
Saturday, December 13th, 1-3PM – Theibaud: Paint Cakes!
Join Ms. Abby in a workshop highlighting the delicious paintings of modern pop artist, Wayne Theibaud. Choose to paint a slice, a cupcake, or even a whole cake. Learn how to emulate his thick impasto paint technique, layering paint on canvas wet on wet or wet on dry. Leave with a 9”x12” board suitable for framing. $45/student, and registration is now open at www.wayneart.org.
