Pa. Politician Tried Pot While in Colorado
State Sen. Daylin Leach was in Colorado to see how that state's marijuana industry works.

Leach (D-Montgomery and Delaware) took several hits off of a vape pen, CBS Philly reported, which is similar to an electronic cigarette.

Leach, one of Pennsylvania’s biggest proponents for the legalization of marijuana, was in Colorado to see how that state’s marijuana industry works, CBS said.
Leach said he had not used marijuana in about 25 years, and that it made him giggly, CBS said.
