Police said this group are professionals at targeting unsuspecting shoppers.
Their typical method involves the woman approaching a shopper who is looking at an item in a store.
The woman interacts with the target, effectively distracting the target.
Then, one of the men will take items from the target's purse or bag while the other man acts as a lookout, police said.
They then use the victim's payment cards for pricey purchases at business such as Apple Stores, Dicks, and other retailers, largely in the King of Prussia area, police said.
Police said this group is known to authorities in the region and as distant as South Carolina.
The three were seen in a white Jeep with a South Carolina license plate reading 3028RU, Action News reports.
Police said shoppers should always keep belongings close to the body when out in public.
