Police: DNA Test Points to Radnor Mini Mart Robbery Suspect
Radnor police matched samples from a man serving time for other charges to DNA taken from evidence found near the May 2014 robbery.

A Delaware County man has been charged with multiple felony counts after Radnor police say his DNA matches samples taken near the scene of the May 2014 armed robbery of a gas station convenience store, according to CBS Philly.
Christopher Mease, 25, of Aston, was arraigned March 16 before Judge Leon Hunter on charges including robbery, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm, plus misdemeanors relating to his alleged robbery of the A-Plus Sunoco Mini Mart on Lancaster Avenue on May 22, 2014.
CBS Philly reports that Radnor police collected a “cat hat” disguise that was used by the suspect and discarded as he ran away from the scene, along with a jacket and pair of sneakers. Detectives matched the DNA on the clothing with samples from Mease, who was serving time on unrelated charges.
