Radnor Child, 3, Left Home Alone In 'Deplorable' Conditions: Report

Radnor Township Police have arrested two people who left a toddler home alone "in deplorable conditions," according to a report by 6ABC.

The child, 3, was located by authorities in Regency Apartments, where the unit was covered in trash and the stove burners were on to heat the residence, the report said.

The child's parents, Stanley Hampton and Brittany Melissa McFadden, were arrested for recklessly endangering the welfare of a child. The child is now reportedly staying with other family members.
