Radnor Gets $350K Grant For Clem Macrone Park Project
Work will include improvements to the parking area, picnic area, pedestrian walkways and installation of play equipment.

Radnor Township has been awarded a $350,000 grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for improvements at Clem Macrone Park.
Work will include: construction of stormwater management structures, parking area, picnic area, comfort station and pedestrian walkways; renovation of tennis court and basketball court; installation of play equipment with required safety surfacing; ADA access, landscaping, site amenities, project sign and other related site improvements.
The grant was part of a $28 million investment in 176 projects across Pennsylvania. The statewide grants are aimed to create new recreational opportunities, conserve natural resources and help revitalize local communities, officials said.
