Radnor Police: Peeping Tom Spotted in Township
The man was seen taking pictures and/or recording video, police said.
A Peeping Tom has been reported to Radnor Police.
A man was seen around 11:30 p.m. Sept. 7 at the Home Properties of Bryn Mawr, police said. He was taking pictures and/or recording video outside the victim’s first-floor bedroom window.
Because it was dark, no description was available for the man.
