Radnor Police Superintendent Named Award of Valor Honoree
Superintendent Christopher Flanagan is one of several local first responders to win an Award of Valor from the National Liberty Museum.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Radnor Township Police Superintendent Christopher Flanagan was recently named an honoree in the National Liberty Museum's 14th annual Awards of Valor.
Flanagan will be honored as an individual for Meritorious Community Service at an awards ceremony on Thursday, Sept. 19.
The awards honor active duty police officers, police detectives, K-9 units, firefighters & fire police, EMS & EMT, other emergency responders, and law enforcement personnel from the Greater Philadelphia Region for remarkable acts of heroism and for serving as role models in their communities.

Eight Awards will be presented for Meritorious Community Service (both individual and team honorees); Seven Awards will be presented for Valor (both individual and team honorees).
Honorees' stories will be featured in a museum exhibit and on the museum's web page.
