Radnor Road Closure, Traffic Signal, Power Outage Updates

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA – Radnor Township provided an update on closed roads and traffic signals affected by the nor'easter than dumped snow, rain, and high winds on the region last week.

Fourteen spots on various township roads are closed or partially closed due to downed or dangerous trees and/or downed wires.

One traffic signal is out, and six others are being powered by generators.

More than 1,900 Radnor Township PECO customers are without power as of about 3:30 p.m. Monday, according to PECO. Delaware County is dealing with More than 17,100 customers without power.

Below are roads closed or partially closed, courtesy of Radnor Township, 3:30 p.m. Monday afternoon:

• Arbor Place — Closed due to wires
• 270 Chamounix Road — Closed between Aberdeen Ter and Fairview Drive
• Clyde Road — Closed due to wires at Drakes Drum Drive Closed due to wires
• 567 Darby Paoli Road — Closed due to tree and wires
• Gulph Creek — Closed due to wires from Cricket Lane to King of Prussia Road
• Gulph Creek – Closed due to dangerous trees and wires from Hartford Park to Countyline Road
• 400 King of Prussia Road – Partially closed due to trees and wires, northbound lane open
• Malin Road – Closed due to a tree at Barren Road
• Maplewood Avenue – Closed due to a tree from Atlee Road to West Wayne Avenue
• Roberts Road – Closed due to tree and wires at Cornell Drive
• Roberts Road – Closed due to tree from David Drive to Vaucclain
• South Ithan Avenue – Closed due to tree and wires from Bryn Mawr Avenue to Roberts Road
• 580 Sinkler Drive – Closed due to wires
• Sinkler Drive – Closed due to tree at Radnor Chester Road

• King of Prussia at Eagle Road – Traffic light out
• Lancaster Avenue at Radnor Chester Road – Generator in use
• King of Prussia Road at Matsonford Road – Generator in use
• Lancaster Avenue at Ithan Avenue – Generator in use
• Conestoga Road at Radnor Chester Road – Generator in use
• Conestoga Road Sproul Road – Generator in use
• Bryn Mawr Avenue at Sproul Road – Generator in use
