Road Closure Planned For Truck Zoo

When Radnor Township holds its second-annual Truck Zoo from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 7, on South Wayne Avenue, it will need to close a portion of South Wayne Avenue to do so.

South Wayne Avenue will be closed between School Lane and Runnymede Avenue from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sept. 7, Tammy Cohen, Radnor Township’s director of Recreation andCommunity Programming, wrote in a letter to residents.

The municipal parking lot and Radnor Middle School parking lot on South Wayne Avenue will also be closed. They are being used for the event, and vehicles will be towed, Cohen said.

Parking will be available in the Bellevue Lot (AT&T Lot); West Avenue Parking Areas; North Wayne Lot; along Lancaster Avenue; and along North Wayne Avenue, Cohen said.
