Road Work Affecting 3 Roads In Radnor Township This Week
PennDOT said work will affect traffic on Wayne Avenue, County Line Road, and Interstate 476 in Radnor Township this week.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA – Three roads in Radnor Township will be affected by various PennDOT projects this week, according to PennDOT.
Wayne Avenue, County Line Road, and Interstate 476 traffic will be affected by the work.

Wayne Avenue
- Overnight lane restrictions are scheduled on Wayne Avenue between Lancaster Avenue/U.S. 30 and Conestoga Road in Radnor Township, on Sunday, Sept. 9, through Friday, Sept. 14, from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., for milling and paving as part of an improvement project to repair and resurface 10 miles of state highway in Delaware County, PennDOT said. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because slowdowns will occur. The contractor's schedule is dependent on the weather.
County Line Road

- Monday, Sept. 10, through Monday, Oct. 1, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., County Line Road will be closed weekdays between Old Lancaster Road and Old Railroad in Radnor and Lower Merion. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Lancaster Avenue/U.S. 30& and Bryn Mawr Avenue.
Interstate 476
- Southbound Interstate 476 motorists will encounter a left lane closure between the County Line Road overpass and the U.S. 30 Interchange in Radnor on Monday, Sept. 10, through Friday, Sept. 14, from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. the following morning for shoulder rehabilitation, PennDOT said.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through these work areas because slowdowns and backups will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
