Perky Edgerton will teach students to bring a lush surface quality to their paintings in workshops from September through Novembe.r
Learn to layer impasto with palette knife interspersed with thin washes of color applied by blush-blurry. Let the relationship with the painting’s “skin” occupy your attention. Its integrity and its fragility can tell you when the painting is complete.
Two sessions, 4 Fridays each session: Choose one or both
Still Life: September 19 & 26, October 3 & 10, 10:00am - 4:00pm
