Oct. 16: Tapas and Spanish Wines
Join chef Karen Bentz for an evening of good food and wine! The menu includes tapas (Spain’s favorite food offering!) paired with Spanish wines. This class can be enjoyed as a demonstration for those who would like to sit back and relax or can be hands-on for students who want to be actively involved in the cooking. Either way, you’ll learn new culinary techniques and enjoy wonderful food with wine!

Nov. 6: Regional Cooking with Chaddsford Winery
Join chef Karen Bentz for an evening of good food and wine! Chef Karen will pair regional dishes with wines from Chaddsford Winery, located not far from the Wayne Art Center. This class can be enjoyed as a demonstration for those who would like to sit back and relax or can be hands-on for students who want to be actively involved in the cooking. Either way, you’ll learn new culinary techniques and enjoy a wonderful meal with wine!
