Stadium Station In Villanova Opening Jan 13
The new station will open for business on Jan. 13, but some work still needs to be done before it is fully complete.

VILLANOVA, PA — After a long wait, SEPTA’s Stadium Station on the Norristown High Speed Line will be open to the public next week, according to Radnor Township and SEPTA.
The station, located at Ithan and Lancaster Avenues, will open on Monday, Jan. 13.
The first scheduled operating train will be at 4 a.m. out of 69th Street Transportation Center.

SEPTA riders will see signage posted along the NHSL, as well as signage posted at Norristown Transportation Center and 69th Street Transportation Center.
While riders can use the station, it's not completely finished, according to the township.

SEPTA and third party crews will be working to finish the inbound ADA accessible ramp by March 1.
The township said by then, the station will feature high-level accessible platforms, customer waiting shelters, retaining walls, signage and lighting upgrades, sidewalk pavement, landscaping and fencing.
Stadium Station closed in March 2018.
