Student Art Work On Display At Radnor High School
Radnor High School is playing host to student artwork and the community can see the art on evenings Monday through Thursday until March 21.

RADNOR, PA – Kindergarten through 12th grade students in the Radnor Township School District now have their artwork on display and the community is invited to check out the pieces Monday through Thursday.
The community can see original artwork by K-12 students in celebration of Youth Art Month from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday at Radnor High School through March 21.
On Wednesday, March 21, a special reception for artists, their families, and the community will be held in the high school lobby from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The Pennsylvania Department of Education designates March as Youth Art Month to emphasize the value of art education for all students and to encourage public support for quality school art programs, the district said.
Art education in RTSD is designed to nurture and develop the natural joy of creating visual art; technical skill in art production; an appreciation for arts and artists, past and present, from various cultures; creative and critical thinking and problem solving skills; and visual literacy, according to the district.

The Radnor Township School District art teachers are Alicia Agatone, Erik Barrett, Gayle Barwick-Collins, Tracey Dean, Susan Eyerly, Allyson Gallagher, and Tom McLaughlin.
Radnor High School is located at 130 King of Prussia Road.
