Suspicious Person Seen In Wayne Park Over Weekend: Radnor Police
A resident said a man repeatedly stared at her young daughter as they were in Odorisio Park in Wayne on Sunday.
WAYNE, PA — Police in Radnor are alerting the public to a possible luring situation in Wayne that occurred over the weekend, adding another case of potential child luring to the recent reports in Delaware County.
According to police, at about 10 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 29, a resident was in Odorisio Park with her daughter riding bikes.
A white Hispanic man was in the park and staring at her daughter, police said.

The resident confronted the man, and he then got into a white Jeep Cherokee, fastened his seatbelt, but then sat in the vehicle, continuing to stare, police said.
Police said the resident left then came back later and the man was gone.
