Township Line Road Restricted This Week: PennDOT

HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA – Township Line Road in Haverford Township will be affected by work during the day and night this week, according to PennDOT.

The road will see lane restrictions between State and Harding roads Wednesday, Sept. 6 through Friday, Sept. 8.

Restrictions will be in place between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., as well as 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, PennDOT said.

Crews will be working on pavement marking and sign installations.

Motorists should plan for increased travel time when driving through the area, as backups and delays will occur, PennDOT said.

The work is weather dependent, PennDOT said.

These restrictions are accommodating a project to improve travel and safety on a 3.4-mile section of

Township Line Road in Haverford and Upper Darby townships.

The project is scheduled to be completed in November.
