Police said crews are still on scene as of about 11 a.m. working to remove the truck.
The driver, who was not injured in the crash, frequently travels on that road, police said. However, the truck he typically drives was out of service and the truck he was driving Thursday has a different height that is obviously taller than the bridge's posted clearance.
