Wayne Music Festival To Be Held June 11
The 2016 Wayne Music Festival takes place on Saturday June 11th on N. Wayne Ave in Wayne.
The 2016 Wayne Music Festival will take place on Saturday June 11 and will feature seven bands offering a wide range of music. More than 10,000 attendees are expected to attend the event, which is easily accessible via Septa train which stops at the festival site at Wayne station.
The event is free for all. The all-ages, rain-or-shine festival begins at 1pm.
This year’s headliner is The Dirty Dozen Brass Band from New Orleans, fresh off their Main-Acura-Stage performance at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival two weeks ago. Local favorites Rugby Road, Swift Technique, West Philadelphia Orchestra, No Good Sister, Travel Lanes and Seve perform on 2 stages in downtown wayne on North Wayne Ave.
