RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Various work will affect four Radnor Township roads this week, according to PennDOT.

PennDOT said Sproul Road in Radnor will be affected by resurfacing work overnight this week.

Restrictions will be in place from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Friday, June 7.

The affected are is between Chandler Lane and Highfield Road.

Additionally, Interstate 476 in Radnor will have overnight lane closures from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next morning, PennDOT said.

The lane closures will be in place on I-476 north and south between the I-95 and U.S. 30 Sunday, June 2, through Thursday, June 6, and Sunday, June 9, through Thursday, June 13.

Also, Villanova University is planning weekday lane closures on eastbound Lancaster Avenue/U.S. 30 between St. Thomas Way and Ithan Avenue in Radnor.

Closures will be in effect from Monday, June 3, through Friday, June 7, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., for lighting pole removal, PennDOT said.

Lastly, lane closures will be in place on Conestoga Road between Iven Avenue and Brookside Avenue from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for tree trimming operations.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through these work areas because slowdowns will occur.

All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
