Workshop: Making Pots Personal with Christopher Staley

In the spirit of open interaction, Chris will share the myriad of techniques he uses while making pots, from altering cups with ribs to making pinch pots from thrown forms. Along with demonstrations there will be frequent discussions and exploration of how to make your pots personal. 
During this one day workshop Chris will give a slide talk titled "Art and Life: Where They Intersect." Over the course of 30 years Chris has taught numerous workshops and is particularly fond of the back and forth sharing of insights and laughter that often take place in the community of workshop participants.
