$20K Offered For Info On Deadly Kelly Drive Shooting

PHILADELPHIA — A $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a gunman who killed a man on Kelly Drive last week.

According to Philadelphia Police, the shooting occurred at about 6 a.m. Saturday, July 16 on the 2400 block of Kelly Drive.

Police said several vehicles were performing high-risk, illegal maneuvers while some of the vehicle’s occupants watched.

An altercation began between the victim and members of the group that lead to the victim being shot and killed, police said.

The victim was a 30-year-old, black male that sustained a gunshot wound to the head.

He was pronounced dead at the scene by medics.

The suspects in this video are wanted for questioning by the Philadelphia Police in reference to this investigation.

One of the vehicles involved is a blue 2013 Dodge Charger with a black front end, black rims and a Pennsylvania license plate LSM-6861.

The vehicle was driven by a black man, about 20 years old, with a thin build, medium length hair, and medium complexion.
