Four adults and three children were shot in West Philadelphia around 10 p.m. on Saturday, according to various reports.
A group of people were gathered for a picnic when a suspect opened fire, ABC-6 reports. The shooting occurred in the 4100 block of Ogden Street.
The three children were aged 2, 10 and 11, according to ABC.
