Armed Robbers Break Into Roxborough Home, Tie Up Man, Threaten Boy, 7: Reports

ROXBOROUGH -- Armed robbers broke into a Roxborough home overnight recently, tying up one of the residents and threatening his son, a 7-year-old boy, according to reports.

The victim, a 50-year-old man, was woken up when one of the suspects tapped him on the head with a gun at 2:15 a.m. and demanded to know where the money was, NBC 10 reports.

The incident occurred on Domino Lane near Ridge Avenue.

The robbers reportedly took an envelope with $2,000 cash and two cell phones, while threatening the boy, reports state.

They then tied up the man and fled the scene.

One of the suspects was described at 6'2 with a heavy build, while the other three were slim, according to reports.
