Body Found In Manayunk Canal Monday Night: Police
The body of a 52-year-old woman was found in the canal Monday night. Police believe the death was a suicide and don't suspect foul play.
MANAYUNK, PHILADELPHIA – A woman's body was pulled from the Manayunk Canal in Manayunk Monday night, according to Philadelphia Police.
Police said the body of a 52-year-old white woman was found at about 10:16 p.m. in the canal near Main and Lock streets.
The death is believed to be the result of a suicide and police do not suspect foul play.
