BREAKING: A body was pulled from the Schuylkill River near Chestnut Street in Center City on Monday night, according to multiple sources.

Police pulled a body from the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia on Monday evening, according to multiple media sources.

NBC 10 reports that the body was found at about 6:20 p.m. on the east side of the river near Chestnut Street.

The body appears to be a man, but age and race are unknown, reports state.
