Friday's Farmer's Market at Gorgas Park
For those in the Roxborough-Manayunk area who love fresh, local produce!
This week's farmers' market at Gorgas Park (Friday, 3-7 p.m.) will be filled to the brim with local fruits and vegetables.
Some of the bounty will include:
- Blueberries
- Peaches
- Sugar Plums
- Kirby Cucumbers
- Cucumbers
- Zucchini
- Yellow Squash
- Turnips
- White Sweet Corn
- Possibly Tomatoes (they are coming SLOWLY!!)
- Honey
- Apple Butter
- Potted Herbs ...Basil, Thyme, Marjoram, Parsley
- Geraniums
- Gerber Daisies
- Hot Pepper Plants
- Cooking Greens
- Pastries and
- Gluten Free Confections.
