Drink Beer, Fight Cancer At 1st Ever Pints In The Park Event
Sample beer from local breweries such as Victory and Saint Benjamin while raising funds to help fight cancer next month.

PHILADELPHIA – You can fight cancer while drinking beer next month, as the Cancer Support Community Greater Philadelphia is hosting the first ever Pints in the Park event to continue the fight against cancer.
The beer-focused event will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 7 at Cancer Support Community’s Ridgeland Mansion in Fairmount Park, 4100 Chamounix Drive.
Tickets are $31 a piece and get you tastes from brewers such as Victory Brewing Company, Saint Benjamin Brewing Company, Conshohocken Brewery, and many more.

In addition, Philadelphia Homebrew Outlet will be brewing beer right at the event. Attendees can learn about the brewing process, how to get into home brewing, and taste the freshly-made beers.
Raffle with focuses on beer will be available for bid, too.

Not planning on drinking? No worries, as designated drivers get free admission, as well as a free food item.

Attendees must be 21 or older, even for designated drivers. IDs will be checked at the entrance.
Admission proceeds will directly go to the Cancer Support Community of Greater Philadelphia.
