'Duke Charles' Running Out Of Time, Seeks Rescue
The black labrador retriever mix has been timestamped for Monday night at a local shelter.

PHIlADELPHIA, PA -- A black labrador retriever mix has been timestamped for Monday night at a local shelter.
Duke Charles will be put to sleep at 8 p.m. if he is not adopted, ACCT Philly said.
He was originally found wandering on the train tracks, shelter officials said.

He was scared in the loud shelter environment, meaning that he was selected to be timestamped sooner.
“He is a totally loving boy who craves affection and really wants a second chance,” said Chester County Dog Tails, a rescue organization.
