Tighe was waiting to board the train when another passenger caught him in the act of “upskirting,” according to the Daily Local News.
The passenger called him out, and Tighe then tried to flee, throwing his phone into the woods and running from the scene.
Police arrived and promptly took Tighe into custody and recovered the phone.
A number of upskirt videos were discovered on the phone, some taken on the Paoli-Thorndale Line, and others taken at Comcast Center in Center City.
Tighe was reportedly fired after his arrest. The phone he used to take the upskirt videos was owned by Comcast.
As part of his plea agreement, Tighe is reportedly not allowed to ride the SEPTA regional rail, is under court-supervised probation for two years, and must undergo a variety of examinations.
