Former Philly Prosecutor Who Abused Power In Lover's Quarrel Suspended
The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has suspended a Philadelphia prosecutor who used her position to get revenge against a former lover.

A former Philadelphia prosecutor has been suspended by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania after she used the power of her position to get back at a former lover.
Lynn Marietta Nichols, 49, has been suspended from practicing law for 30 months after using her position to help her boyfriend steal a truck and then later attacking him, according to court documents.
Nichols' boyfriend, landscaper Joselyn Herron, had stolen his ex-girlfriend's truck, and Nichols convinced a Philadelphia cop to remove a report of the incident from the National Crime Information Center database in 2012.
