Man Critical After Being Shot In Head In East Falls: Report

Authorities found the victim about three-and-a-half miles away from the shooting scene in East Falls early Tuesday evening.

EAST FALLS, PHILADELPHIA — A man is in critical condition after being shot in the head in Philadelphia's East Falls section, according to a report.

Fox 29 reports a 27-year-old man was shot in the head on the 3200 block of Defense Terrace Tuesday at about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The victim was found several miles away in the passenger seat of a vehicle at 34th Street and Girard Avenue.

He was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center where is in extremely critical condition, according to Fox 29.

Police are searching for the gunman.
