WATCH: Man Rides Tricycle Down Roosevelt Boulevard In Philadelphia
Motorists encountered an unusual source of traffic on the expressway Sunday.
PHILADELPHIA, PA -- A video captured by motorists on Roosevelt Boulevard on Sunday shows a man riding a tricycle in the middle of the highway as traffic moves around him.
The footage, posted on the Facebook page "Meanwhile in Philly," shows passing motorists struggling to navigate their way around the tricycle.
The tricycle had a bike tire on the front and two thick, round, and smaller wheels on the back.
