Man Sought In East Falls Home Burglaries: Philadelphia Police

PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia are asking for help looking for a man who they said has broken into homes in the East Falls area recently.

The man was captured on camera during a residential burglary at 9:40 p.m. May 7 on the 3300 block of Creswell Street in East Falls.

Police said the burglary occurred when the resident was on vacation.

When the victim returned on May 20, they found items missing from the home.

They reviewed security footage and found a white man with a baseball hat and a light-colored backpack on a mountain bike, loading stolen items on the bike and fleeing the area.

Police said this man is possibly connected to similar residential burglaries and thefts in the area.

He is described as a white man with a beard, tattoos on both arms, a teardrop tattoo below his right eye, and "IRISH" tattooed on his right forearm.
