Manayunk Comedy Night To Be Held At Venice Island

MANAYUNK -- A Great Night of Comedy will be held on Venice Island in Manayunk on March 11.

The Venice Island Amphitheater is a “beautiful state-of-the-art facility,” according to organizers. The evening features Budweiser Ladies of Laughter award winner Chris Rich along with the hysterical LaTice Klapa from The View, very funny local comedian Sean Mulholland AKA Sylis P and hosted by Jess Carpenter.

The Venice Island Performing Arts and Recreation Center is a 250-seat theater developed to provide a creative space for the Manayunk neighborhood. Fully equipped with the latest sound, lighting and fly systems, the new space offers a place for community events, after-school programming and theatrical productions.
