Manayunk Eateries Feeding Families In Need This Holiday Season
More than a dozen restaurants and bars in Manayunk are teaming with the MDC up to provide hundreds of hot meals to area families in need.

MANAYUNK, PHILADELPHIA – More than a dozen restaurants and bars in Manayunk are teaming up with the Manayunk Development Corporation to give hot meals to area families in need during this holiday season.
The Manayunk Meals and More program will provide 1,000 hot meals to needy families.
From 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 23 meals will be prepped with meal pick-up and delivery occurring around 9 a.m. at Journey’s Way.

Most hot meals will be prepared and packaged at Bourbon Blue, located at 2 Rector Street.
Other local shops and restaurants have been collecting canned goods and personal care items for North Light Community Center’s food cupboard throughout the holiday season as well.
