Missing Man Last Seen In Roxborough: Philadelphia Police

ROXBOROUGH, PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia are asking for help locating a missing Roxborough man.

According to police, Eugene Tinsley, 37, was last seen leaving his home on the 300 block of Ripka Street in Roxborough at about 5:30 a.m. Saturday.

Tinsley was seen in his blue 2017 Dodge Journey SUV, with a Pennsylvania license plate reading JNW7401.

Police said he was last seen wearing khaki pants, a black polo shirt, and a black Fossil smartwatch.

Tinsley is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 300 pounds.

He has brown eyes, black hair, and a light brown complexion
