Missing Roxborough Man In Danger Of Self Harm: Philly Police

Police said Rowan Fabian-Baber, 25, was last seen Tuesday. He may be heading to the New York City area and is in danger of self harm.

ROXBOROUGH, PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia said a Roxborough man is missing and is in danger of self harm.

According to police, Rowan Fabian-Baber, 25, of the 4300 block of Lauriston Street in Roxborough, was last seen by his mother on Tuesday, April 7.

Police said he is believed to be heading to the New York City area and operating a 2003 Ford Focus, dark blue in color, PA tag LFP-8685. His last known location was in north New Jersey, police said.

Fabian-Baber is 6 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a blue blazer, a light blue shirt, brown pants, and brown loafers.

Authorities said he may be in danger of causing self harm.
