No Charges To Be Pressed Against LeSean McCoy In Bar Fight: Reports
There is insufficient evidence to prosecute the former Eagles running back, according to reports.

PHILADELPHIA, PA -- Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams said no charges will be filed against LeSean McCoy after a bar fight in February hospitalized two off-duty cops, according to reports.
Williams noted in a press conference Monday that there is "not enough evidence" to move forward with legal proceedings against McCoy, 6 ABC reports.
Williams came under harsh criticism from the Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police for not prosecuting McCoy immediately, PhillyVoice reports.

Some analysts of the case say there are too many different voices providing varying accounts of what happened that night to consider any single one version of events as reliable, reports state.
Former Eagles running back McCoy, along with three other NFL players, were allegedly involved in a brawl with two off-duty police officers at the Recess Lounge night club in Old City at about 2:45 a.m. on February 7.

The fight, which allegedly started over a bottle of champagne, landed the two cops, both 40-years-old, in the hospital. One of them suffered a possible skull fracture.
Surveillance footage at the scene captured McCoy and the others being kicked out of the club, while cell phone video footage of the fight clearly shows McCoy and the others taking swings at the cops with security tries to break the brawl up.
However, a source has told the Buffalo News that the fight began when one of the cops took a bottle of champagne from McCoy’s table and his friend confronted the cop over it.
As the two began fighting, the report alleges that McCoy saw the cop with his hand around his friend’s throat, and threw a punch at the cop.
The punch missed, however, the report states, and McCoy was not involved in the rest of the brawl. Security guards reportedly suggested to McCoy that he quickly leave to avoid “public exposure.”
Controversy erupted as Fraternal Order of Police organizations do not believe that the case against McCoy and his friends moved along quickly enough. Williams had issued a statement earlier in the process urging patience and telling the public to trust the process.
“I’m only going to operate on one timeline: the timeline that ends when all the evidence is collected, has been reviewed, and I have made the decision to charge or not charge a case,” he said at the time. “We’re not going to rush because people are impatient.”
McCoy, who now plays for the Bills, is a Philadelphia native and the Eagles’ all-time franchise leading rusher.
