Philly to Rally in Support of France After Charlie Hebdo Attack

There will be a rally Friday in Philadelphia to support France in the wake of the Charlie Hebdo attack.

The gathering will be held Friday at 6 p.m. at Love Park.

The rally is a demonstration of support and solidarity for the people attacked and for the freedom of expression, Alliance Française de Philadelphie said on its website.

On Wednesday, three gunman believed to be tied to al-Qaida attacked the office of the French satirical publication in Paris, killing 12.
