Philadelphia schools will likely face another budget crunch in 2015-2016, officials said Monday.
The Philadelphia School District faces a deficit of about $80 million due to increasing fixed costs and stagnant revenue, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
During a planning meeting Monday, School Reform Commissioner Feather O. Houstoun said current estimates show revenue will increase about $13 million and expenditures will go up about $100 million, the publication reported.
