Prowler Peers Into Manayunk Bathroom Sunday Night: Police

MANAYUNK, PHILADELPHIA – A man was caught on a security system creeping outside a Manayunk home and peering into its bathroom this weekend, according to Philadelphia Police

Police said at about 11:44 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 3, the victims, living on the 100 block of Green Lane, were alerted to someone outside their home by a security system.

The victim opened the door and confronted the man, who then fled on foot in an unknown direction, police said.

Video footage showed a white man outside on the home's porch looking into the home's bathroom window, police said.

The suspect is described as a white male with a thin build, dark hair, and full beard who was wearing a gray sweatsuit and two-tone sneakers, police said.

The public should not approach the suspect and should instead call 911 if he is spotted.
